Summary
The Inside Sales Representative (Sales Designer) is a customer-focused Call Center inside sales position. This role is responsible for handling inbound lead volume driven by marketing campaigns as well as making follow up outbound calls to their pipeline of prospects. The Sales Designer will work with both homeowners and contractors to discuss the aspects of the project and determine the best product that meets the customer's needs based on things like budget, timeframe, usage and space constraints. The Sales Designer will work with the internal Engineering team to develop and present the best options based on the customer’s requirements.


Sales Designer Responsibilities:
  • Capitalize on new sales opportunities to grow the business.
  • Manage and prioritize your sales pipeline.
  • Build relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Exhibit confidence with every customer interaction.
  • Create urgency for all customers by identifying their project needs, timeline, and budget.
  • Understand our core products and exhibit professionalism through each interaction
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced call center environment that requires up to 5 hours a day of time on the phone.
  • Ability to communicate with customers through various media such as telephone, email, text and chat.
  • Provide each customer with a professional and enjoyable sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation and time management skills
  • Meet and exceed all sales goals.

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven call center sales experience
  • Experience selling to end users/customers (B2C)
  • Highly competitive and motivated to earn over $100,000 per year
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales development strategies
  • Robust organizational skills
  • Construction design or layout skills a plus
  • Experience working with SalesForce or similar CRM
  • Great phone personality
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
