We are a fast-growing specialty manufacturer with an opportunity for a professional inside sales rep to earn a six-figure income on company provided leads.  This is an incredible opportunity for a talented sales rep who….

  • Enjoys getting all inbound leads and never has to make a cold call.
  • Is driven to earn money with the opportunity to make between $75K-90K in year one and $100-$125K in year two with a comp plan that includes a base salary plus a generous commission.

We design, sell, and manufacture custom construction products that are shipped across North America. Why are we adding to our sales team?  We have more leads that we have ever had in company history and we need reps to close deals.  Our sales team has over 20 sales reps with very little turnover.  Our reps stay because they enjoy working at SSI, they want to be part of a growing sales team and they can make more money every year.


• Guarantee Base Salary & Commission

• Expected income $75-$90K first year with a clear path to over $100,000 plus

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Develop new sales opportunities to grow our business

• Meet and exceed sales goals

• Understand our products

• Follow our sales process

• Have no fear when asking for the sale

• Work independently

Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience (inside sales or outside sales)

• Experience selling to end users/customers (B2C)

• You must be highly competitive, motivated and want to earn over $100,000

• Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales development strategies

• Focused and goal oriented

• Have a phone personality
