SS Industries is the largest spiral stair manufacturer in the country and has recently expanded our product lines to include sliding barn doors and hardware. Our goal is to expand our brands to provide high-quality building materials direct to consumers across North America.

 

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager who will be responsible for selling, managing and developing our newest Inside Sales Teams. The right person will have proven sales skills and demonstrate strong knowledge of inbound sales call strategies. The successful candidate will provide professional and enthusiastic Sales leadership that meets or exceeds the SS Industries’ established sales goals and improve lead conversion rates. The Inside Sales Manager will facilitate the collaboration between the Sales and Engineering Teams.

  • Manage Sales Team
    • Review Leads and Pipeline Opportunities
    • Reinforce Sales Process
    • Listen to Call Recordings and provide positive feedback
    • Manage Salespersons Cookbook and Goals
    • Assist in helping to close open opportunities
    • Maintain Positive Leadership to Team
    • Strategizing Large and difficult applications
  • Ensure data integrity in Salesforce
    • Sales Process, Notes and Close Date for the Deal Screen
  • Managing and improving processes
    • Continuous improvement of processes to improve efficiency
    • Compensation and Incentive
  • Mentoring and Team Leadership
    • Provide additional training and leadership to Team Leads

Education and Experience

  • Proven work experience as a successful Inside Sales Person or Sales Manager
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications and Salesforce CRM
  • Leadership and Motivational skills
  • In-depth understanding of Sales Process and Techniques
  • Strong execution of Sales strategies
  • High level  of ethical and integrity
