Inside Sales Representative: $75 - $100k – Salary Plus Commissions

Requirements


Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Capitalize on new sales opportunities to grow the business
  • Manage and prioritize your sales pipeline
  • Exhibit confidence with every customer interaction
  • Create urgency for all customers by identifying their project needs, timeline, and budget
  • Understand our core products and exhibit professionalism through each interaction
  • Meet and exceed all sales goals
  • Work independently
  • Implement all coaching and feedback

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience (inside sales or outside sales)
  • Experience selling to end users/customers (B2C)
  • Highly competitive and motivated to earn over $100,000 per year
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales development strategies
  • Robust organizational skills
  • Experience working with SalesForce or similar CRM
  • Great phone personality
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
