Essential Functions:

• Powdercoat - paint stair components

Required Education and Experience

• HS Diploma or GED
• Painting experience Wet or Powdercoat
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read tape measure to the 1/32”
• Detail orientated
• Willingness to maintain good attendance and work hard with team members
• Capable of repetitive lifting up to 50lbs

Preferred Education and Experience

• 1-2 years manufacturing experience
• 1-2 years’ experience setting up and operating manufacturing equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and perform a flat layout
• Technical school
• Mechanically inclined
