WHAT YOU WILL DO HERE

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing and developing one of our inside sales teams in our building materials group. The right person will have proven sales skills and demonstrate strong knowledge of inbound sales call strategies. The successful candidate will provide professional and enthusiastic Sales leadership that meets or exceeds the SS Industries’ established sales goals and improve lead conversion rates. The Inside Sales Manager will collaborate with other department leaders to continue our brand.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Sales Team
  • Review Leads and Pipeline Opportunities
  • Reinforce Sales Process
  • Listen to Call Recordings and provide positive feedback
  • Manage Salespersons activity and goals
  • Assist in helping to close open opportunities
  • Maintain Positive Leadership to Team
  • Strategizing Large and difficult applications

  • Sales Process, Notes and Close Date for the Deal Screen

  • Continuous improvement of processes to improve efficiency
  • Compensation and Incentive

  • Provide additional training and leadership to Team Leads

Education and Experience

  • Proven work experience as a successful Inside Salesperson or Sales Manager
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications and Salesforce CRM
