Welder Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years welding & fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of MIG (GMAW) welding experience; must have experience on steel and aluminum.
• 3+ years of Fabrication experience – i.e. custom work using band saws, drill presses, grinders, shears, etc.
• Understanding of measurements and use of a tape measure to 1/32 of an inch.
• Demonstrate understanding and interpretation of print designs.
• Experience welding sheet metal from 16 gauge up to 1/2".
• Welding school certificate or equivalent experience a PLUS.
